Phenolic Urethan Cold-Box Binder System consists of a phenolic part 1 and an isocyanate part 2 that uses heated amine gas to set up. This binder system utilizes a specialize machine to blow, gas, and purge the molds/cores. Various grades of amine gas can be used in this system.
