Core Machines
Carpenter Brothers, Inc. sells various core machines and equipment. We offer cold box, vertically or horizontally parted, core machines, and hot box/shell machines. We also provide core maker gas generators. The typical machine sizes are 16, 22, and 26 but can build to suit your needs. Our core blowers can blow up to 600 lbs in one shot. We know you rely heavily on your core machines and keep a large selection of spare parts in stock. The spare parts are interchangeable with your OEM machine and have quick delivery times. Typically stocked items are magazine tubes, burner tips, bushings, bushing retainers, and springs.
We also offer rebuild services through our partner ATD Engineering & Machine. They take old and tired machines and turn them into the stallion workhorses they once were. For example, they can take a skeleton of a machine and replace and rebuild missing components to make them brand new.

About Us
Carpenter Brothers, Inc. is the leading supplier of equipment, consumables, and technical expertise for the metal casting industry. Founded in 1917, by Everett and Milton Carpenter, the brothers were able to use their unique foundry experiences to solve the problem of the day: a reliable sand source. They got their foot in the door by selling natural bonded molding sand, which was mined by hand, loaded into horse-drawn carts, and then delivered to customers. Not only did they sell the sand, but their technical expertise was readily available for all customers, big or small, to help manufacture the best castings. After surviving The Great Depression, Carpenter Brothers, Inc. slowly increased the number of products it distributed and expanded its sales territory into what it is today.
